A successful wedding arrival starts with a clear schedule. Choose the car and handoff plan together so the vehicle fits the day you are planning.

Decide what role the car will play
Will it take you to the ceremony, appear in photographs, or be part of the departure? Each use needs a different schedule. Write down who will travel, who will drive, and whether the car is needed at more than one venue.
Compare seating, access and space for clothing before choosing. The number of seats alone does not tell you whether a particular outfit or luggage will be comfortable. Ask about your specific needs and review the exact car’s photos.
Confirm the venue arrangements
Share the venue address, access instructions and a day-of contact. Ask the venue where the car may stop, park or be photographed, and whether ramps or tight entrances affect the plan. Permission to use an entrance or photo area must come from the property.
Coordinate the handoff separately from the ceremony time. Include enough space in the schedule to receive the vehicle, review its condition and prepare for the arrival. If the day involves multiple addresses, send the complete itinerary.
Make a short photography plan
Tell the rental desk whether photography or content coordination is part of the request. Confirm any additional service, deliverables and charges separately. Give your photographer the planned vehicle window so photographs do not conflict with the return time.
Ask before attaching flowers, ribbons or any decoration to the car. Discuss the method and approval before the event rather than assuming that a temporary attachment is acceptable.
Review the booking before payment
- Exact vehicle and approved driver arrangements.
- Delivery, venue access and return times.
- Rental total, delivery charges, mileage and security deposit.
- Written cancellation, rescheduling and extension terms.
- A contact for any schedule change on the day.
If you need a chauffeur, request and confirm that service separately. A vehicle rental alone does not establish that a driver is included.
