For an arrival with suitcases, send bag dimensions before reserving. If you are travelling with others, count the driver in the total passenger number. Confirm any special seating requirements with the rental desk.
One base makes delivery easier to plan
If you are staying in Newport Beach or Irvine, provide the property address and a reachable contact number. Ask the property where a vehicle handoff is permitted. Hotel valet service, parking charges and permission to use an entrance are separate from the rental.
