Rental policies and requirements.

Driver approval

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proof of full-coverage auto insurance is required before confirmation.
• The minimum age starts at 18, subject to vehicle-specific approval, with at least one year of driving experience. Additional-driver rules are confirmed for each rental.

Deposit, payment, and agreement

A security deposit, signed agreement, and confirmed payment arrangement may be required before the scheduled delivery. Security-deposit holds start at $1,000; the exact amount and release timing are confirmed for the vehicle and booking before payment.

Delivery-only service

Prestige Luxor does not operate a customer-facing rental counter or storefront. Every approved booking includes a confirmed delivery and return plan for an eligible address. Access, timing, distance, and delivery fees vary by location.

Mileage and vehicle use

The vehicle page lists its included mileage. Additional mileage is $5 per mile; your quote confirms the allowance and full charges. Track use, racing, reckless driving, smoking, unauthorized drivers, illegal activity, subleasing, and travel outside approved areas are prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Fuel, damage, and cancellations

Return condition, fuel or charge level, tolls, tickets, cleaning, damage, late returns, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are confirmed in the rental agreement.
